2 things I'm doing right now to build my business

Hello my favorite internet reader who cannot get enough of my weekly emails.

How was your Valentine's Day?

Did you spend it with your S/O?

Did you overdose on chocolate and wine?

Did you have fun? What did you do?

Tell me all about it…

How was my Valentine's Day?

I did enjoy my time very much. Thank you for asking.

Went to my favorite steakhouse, played some top golf (my first time doing it), and had some matcha (not a matcha fan but it was good… I hate to admit it).

But enough about my love life...

Let me share with you 2 things I'm doing right now to build my business.

1) Launching my first cohort

Since the beginning of the year, I've been soft-promoting my product The Modern Creator.

The idea behind the product is to show you how to write threads with 30 minutes of writing a day and make 6 months of audience growth in 1 month.

This is the exact system that helped me 20x my growth in less than 60 days.

The goal is to make The Modern Creator an evergreen digital product—that means it's constantly being updated.

But because of the nature of the product, threads are very algorithm-dependent.

So it makes more sense to offer it in 2 ways:

A digital product and a cohort.

This way updating the digital product will be natural because you'll be teaching it to the cohort.

All you have to do is take the new material from the cohort and update the information to the digital product.

The cohort will be delivered through live calls where you will get to ask me questions live and get feedback directly from me.

And because of how I'll be delivering the cohort (teaching and reviewing students' threads), I'll only be taking 10 people or less for it.

This is to make sure that I give every student my full and undivided attention and make sure they nail it out of the park.

Not to mention, the first cohort will be the cheapest it'll ever be and when you join the cohort, you'll also get the digital product for free.

Disclaimer:

I'll be picking the 10 people from my waitlist to join the cohort.

So if you want to be one of the people to be part of it, join the waitlist here.

PS:

You have to click the link from your email.

But you might be asking “Why would anyone join the cohort if the digital product has the same material?”

I was one of the people who never believed in a cohort, that’s until I invested in a business mentor.

This leads me to my second point…

2) Working with a business mentor

I've spent the past 1.5 years trying to figure things out myself.

It's been fun figuring things out, but it came at a cost:

A lot of wasted time and effort.

That's why 2 weeks ago I spent $3,000 on a multiple 6-figure business mentor.

He's actually helping me build and launch The Modern Creator.

Is it expensive? Absolutely

But if you can pay someone to help you get where you want 12-24 months faster then it's well worth it.

Because what you pay in money, you save time and avoid frustrations.

The faster you progress, the faster you start seeing results (and the faster you start making money).

I’m expecting to 2x my investment in the first month of working with him.

So to answer the question before “Why would someone join the cohort the digital product has the same material?”

The answer is speed, support, and levels of access.

A digital product gives you all the information you need, but you still need to figure out how everything falls into place for your unique situation.

But with a cohort, it’s different. You get to ask me directly and get personalized feedback.

The results and progress you make just because you have a mentor is a game-changer. Literally.

With that said, I need to go to bed, it's almost 2 a.m. and I need to wake up early tomorrow morning to work on my thesis.

Thank you for reading and have a good day/night.
