The harsh reality of building on X

“Ughh…”

“Another one of those posts… No, thank you. PASS!”

Every evening I sit in the living room and as I’m having my cup of tea I like to scroll X and see what people have been up to.

And I just saw a post about a guy talking about how much he makes and his clients make. It’s nothing unique, boring, and low effort.

But desperate people on X who are in it only for the money, love it.

So for the last 4 months, I’ve only been using X in the evening for 30 minutes and I don’t open it again—I do it for 3 reasons:

First, I don’t waste 4 hours of my life engaging on X every day for the sake of growth.

Second, I have more time doing the things I love (playing video games, gym, running, and learning about things I care about).

But most importantly, I don’t get sucked into the whirl of shallow thoughts that are flying around in X. And the fact that these low-quality posts only hurt your creativity.

And as you spend more time consuming them, the more you become like everyone else.

That’s why it’s so easy for you to stand out nowadays.

The people who have unique ideas will win in the end and make the most amount of money.

But let me tell you something:

90% of the creators I started with have quit already. For 1 reason.

The creative blocks they’ve been struggling with were too much for them and they never solved it.

This is a truth that is often buried under the glam of social media.

Finding new unique ideas is hard.

And doing it daily for years to come, is even harder.

You’re constantly wrestling with the uncertainty that comes with having new ideas.

You post every day but most of your ideas get thrown into the void.

You spend hours writing a long-form but you’re unsure if your audience will love it.

You churn through ideas so fast that it feels like you’re always online searching for inspiration to generate new ideas and hoping that your audience will love them.

To make things even worse. You’re building your personal brand alongside your real-life responsibilities (school or a 9-5).

Your family, friends, and colleagues don’t see the opportunity that we see.

Hell, 6 months ago, I used to be in the same place as you.

Dealing with creative blocks. Balancing work, university, and my writing.

But then I stuck to a writing routine.

Every Saturday, I’d have to write 21 tweets and 1 newsletter and schedule them in advance.

But every time I sat on my chair, it felt like I was wringing out my brain to get every last drop of creativity.

Whenever I did finish writing my writing session and started to review what I wrote.

I’d hate it.

The content I wrote was boring, basic, and fake.

… more fake than the Kardashians.

But then I began to look for advice to beat the creative blocks I’ve been having.

And what better place to look for advice than Reddit?

Almost all of them said the same thing:

Surround yourself in a creative environment (wtf does that even mean?).

So I did the most logical thing:

I went online and looked for inspiration from other creators.

But that only made my writing sessions even longer and with how bad my ADHD is, I mindlessly start scrolling social media.

And with how bad my creative blocks were, I started burning out.

“There was no way I’d be able to keep working on my personal brand for decades to come if I have to deal with this problem every time I sit and try to write something,” I thought to myself.

So if the internet won’t help me. I’ll help myself.

That’s why I’m excited to tell you about my new offer, 10x Your Creativity.

For the last 4 months, I’ve been testing and refining my creative system.

Since I was a kid I would always be amazed at how creative people were and I always told myself that I’m not as creative as them.

But turns out creativity is a muscle.

The more you practice it, the better you become at it.

And the creative system I’ve developed uses the content you like and consume in your day-to-day life and turns them into content ideas.

This is how I’ve been able to generate a month’s worth of content ideas that my audience loves.

But I know, there are a lot of ‘creative systems’ out there but almost all of them were complicated, hard to use, and only made things harder, not easier.

That’s why when I built it I had one thing in mind:

How could I make this simpler to understand, and produce faster results (for the busy people)?

When you get my system, you’ll see it’s all laid out in a simple dashboard to help you get the creative juices flowing.

And for the next 4 weeks I’ll be helping you implement this system for your you.

But this offer won’t be here forever.

I’ll only work with 3 people (1 spot is already taken).

Why so few people?

That’s because I want to make sure to overdeliver and give each of my clients the attention and feedback they deserve.

Sounds like your cup of tea?

Otherwise, keep writing and building your brand.

The journey is worth every effort.

PS

Unlike some creators here on X.

We’re not interested in posting the same lame posts that everyone is used to.

We’re on X to share ideas that are unique and that could help others.

But finding unique ideas that your audience will love is hard.

That’s why for the last 4 months I’ve been testing and refining my system for idea generation.

If you’re interested, take a look here:
