The #1 skill you need to build a successful writing business
(most people get this wrong)
What do Dan Koe, Justin Welsh, Tim Denning, and Kieran Drew all have in common?
Go on, I'll wait…
waiting…
waiting…
still waiting…
If you said "they all have built a successful business by selling digital products," you'd be right.
(or should I say "write"? badum tsss)
Well…
Half right…
You see, the reason why they can get away with selling digital products and make millions each year is because of where they're at now in their journey.
But most of us, smaller creators, writers, and entrepreneurs, won't be able to make millions per year just by selling digital products like they do.
This is a trap most beginners fall for:
They see Dan and think:
“I’ll just build a digital product.”
So they spend hundreds of hours building a product and writing a sales page.
But after 3 months of struggling, feeling overwhelmed, and burned out from all of the writing, creating, and marketing.
You finally put it up for sale at $99.
Now all you have to do is sit back, light up a fat Cuban cigar, lean back on your chair, watch the sales roll in, and your bank account go up.
But 30 minutes go by and instead of hearing "Cha-Ching" and seeing the sales roll in, you’re hearing cricket noises…
You refresh their browser, thinking that it's a problem with the browser, but it's not.
It's a problem you made long before even building your product.
What is the problem?
Not building traffic.
When you don't have traffic to your offer, it doesn't matter how good your product is, no one will buy it.
Don't believe me?
Just look at the graveyard of all the failed startups that said they'll change the world.
And it's the same thing with writing online.
The reason why big creators (like Dan, Tim, Justin, and Kieran) can get away with it is because they've spent the last 5-8 years building their audience (traffic).
And when I mean build an audience, I don't mean by growing 100 followers per month because that's never enough to build a successful writing business.
You need to grow at an exponential rate. That means growing by 1,000, 5,000, 10,000 followers or more per month.
Once I've learned how to build an audience using this one method, my business skyrocketed.
I went from 800 followers → 19,000 followers
Made $1,000+ ghostwriting (in less than 40 days)
$4,000+ in mentorships and cohorts (that's last month's sales only)
And in the last 21 days, I gained 1,000+ followers & 2,500,000 impressions by using this method.
(I did this while I'm writing my master’s thesis, running a cohort, and building a digital product, so I didn't have much time to spend writing on social media).
My friend, I want to help you see the same results.
Because look, selling digital products is amazing.
You don’t need to go on sales calls.
You don't to send 100 cold DMs only to make 1 sale and be told to "f*ck off" 99 times.
All you need to build traffic, and A LOT OF IT.
(I’m speaking millions of impressions here.)
Once you have the traffic part figured out, all you need to do is direct it to your product, and watch the sales roll in.
In case you missed my previous emails…
This Friday I'll be running a workshop and peeling back the curtain behind the method I'm using, which gets me (and my clients) millions of impressions every month just by writing for 1-2 hours a day.
And because I want to give you my full attention in the workshop and give you personalized feedback…
Spots are limited to 30 people only.
More than 1,300 are seeing this email — so to be fair, the seats are given on a first-come, first-served basis.
Doors close on Friday, 10:00 AM EST.
So be quick and don’t miss this great opportunity.
Save your seat here:
Otherwise, keep on writing. Every word is worth the effort.

PS:
I know how hard it is to write when you have other responsibilities to take care of.
You’re short on time, you’re tired, and can’t be bothered to spend hours writing.
So you keep delaying until you find time.
But the truth is, you will never find time to do things.
You make time. This is why I've designed this workshop for the ultra busy. Because I know firsthand how busy life can get.
(I’m a graduate student who’s doing research and is running a business at the same time, so I’m speaking from experience here).
So I made sure everything you will get is to help you get the best results possible for the least effort and time commitment.
